Welcome, my name is Kat and I am the creator here at Light and Life Creations.

My business was born from a love of creativity and the comfort it can bring during difficult times.

Designing and making each piece provides me with a calming, mindful outlet and helps me manage my anxiety.

Rather than mass-producing the same designs, I have chosen to focus on creating one-of-a-kind suncatchers and jewellery, allowing every piece to develop its own character and meaning.

Each creation is made with care, imagination and thoughtfully chosen semi-precious crystals.

I’m also in the process of developing DIY kits to encourage others to explore their own creativity and enjoy the sense of calm and achievement that making something by hand can bring.

My hope is to spread a little more light, inspiration and creative joy—one unique piece at a time.
